Few main team members of the New Zeeland side are not
included to the upcoming T20 series against Bangladesh. They are Kane
Williamson, Trent Boult, Kyle Jemieson, Jimmy Neesham and Tim Seifert. They
were not included to the 13-member squad for the T20 series. That because they
just need some time to spend with their family before the Indian Premier
League. Then Finn Allen and Will Young have received their maiden call-ups for
the New Zeeland national team.
Allen had a good
season in the Super Smash competition, becoming the leading run corer of the
tournament with 512 runs, average 56 runs with a Strike Rate
of 193 .
Making his Test
and ODI debut this season, Young scored a century for Central Districts against
Auckland, also he had couple of half-centuries in his 297
runs from only seven innings.
